I need to change my appointment, what do I do?

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of good plans. Please notify Soul Studio Beauty of any changes as soon as possible, less than 24hours notice of a cancellation/reschedule may incur a fee. This can be done by calling 07 5462 8598 or text 0410872654 or simply send a message to our Facebook page. Please do not reply to your automated confirmation texts as we do not receive them.

Why isn't the online booking system recognising my phone number?

Online booking is great! Especially if you are like us and think of booking that appointment at random hours of the evening. When entering a mobile number you will see the Australian area code (+61) after that it asks for your number. When entering drop the 0 (zero) so your number will look like this... +61 4** *** ***

How do I tell if my online booking has been completed?

When using the online booking system you will receive a confirmation email once the process has been completed. If you do not receive one within about 15minutes (check junk/spam) and if still not there it may not have completed properly. If in doubt just send us a message to the Soul Studio Beauty facebook page and we can check for you and assist in making the booking.
